The policy about target mode on Jetson Xavier

dusty_nv says that folliwing comment.

As it has been with the previous Jetson’s, MAX-N mode is intended for engineering development and not deployment, unless that is something you desire and your application can handle the TDP. For deployment we ship the 10/15/30W modes.

But, I could not find this policy in NVIDIA Jetson Linux Developer Guide.
https://docs.nvidia.com/jetson/l4t/index.html

So, I think that NVIDIA should specify this policy in NVIDIA Jetson Linux Developer Guide.

Hi dandelion1124, please refer to the Jetson AGX Xavier Thermal Design Guide for additional documentation and guidelines about designing and deploying systems to accommodate the different power modes and power/thermal budgets.
