By the way, What is the VIH of MODULE_POWER_ON(L54) in Jetson AGX Orin?

VDDIN_PWR_BAD_N and MODULE_POWER_ON have pull up on module, if don’t have carrier drain they do will go H.
Carrier should have correct control on these pin.

MODULE_POWER_ON
5.0V Open-Drain
VIH_min = 2.0V
VIL_min = 0.1V
