Looks like the onboard graphics is interfering. Please create /etc/X11/xorg.conf with contents

Section "Device"
    Identifier "nvidia"
    Driver "nvidia"
    VendorName "NVIDIA Corporation"
    BusID "PCI:3:0:0"
    Option "AllowEmptyInitialConfiguration"
EndSection

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please create a new nvidia-bug-report.log.

I have created as per your reply /etc/X11/xorg.conf
but still same problem

Might be you’re hitting a bug with the 430 driver’s compat modules, how did you install the driver?
Please downgrade to the stable version 418.
