When I read the uart’s data through the pin 8,9 and 10, the data will be garbled, but it is normal display of text data in the windows system,Why?

Typically it means the speed or other settings are incorrect…although very long wires could be picking up noise. Is this set to speed 115200, 8 bits, no parity, and 1 stop bit (115200 8N1)? Your program which views the data needs to use those settings.
