The Xavier NX pulse signal cannot reach 3.3V when the load is externally connected

We are designing based on Xavier NX, and now we have some problems with the pulse. Our pulse signal corresponds to the system time. It can meet the design requirements when there is no load, but the voltage cannot reach the required 3.3V when the load is connected.
We have tried using MOS tube control and adding pull-up resistor control, but still can’t reach 3.3V voltage.
Do you have any suggestions? Or is there any reference design or information about NX pulse, there is very little pulse information in Xavier NX Datasheet, which does not meet our requirements, thank you

Hi, which pin do you mean? Is it on 40-pin header? If so, please check the docs of 40-pin first: https://developer.nvidia.com/jetson-nano-developer-kit-40-pin-expansion-header-gpio-usage-considerations-applications-note & https://developer.nvidia.com/embedded/dlc/Jetson-Nano-40-Pin-Expansion-Header-1.1
