There is a problem with Llama405B instruct model

Hello. This is my first post on the forum and I don’t know if this is the correct way to solve my problem. I am a student and I was working on an article for months. I have 2 weeks before submitting article. I was using llama 405b instruct model with Python opencv library for my project. I used it for evaluating the sentences. My article is about psychology. Everything was okay until a few days ago. I needed to use the model again. I got “cloud credits expired” warning. I have a lot of credit. And I tried again with another account. And another. I got errors. Today, I couldn’t find the model in the Nvidia developer portal. This so important for my education. ,What should I do? Is this a temporary down? Do I need to pay money? If so, I think I can afford the price if it isn’t much for me. I need all your help. Sorry for disturbing the forum. Thank y’all.

Sorry,

Is this the model you’re trying to access: llama-3.1-405b-instruct Model by Meta | NVIDIA NIM

Can you let me know when you registered for your credits?

Thanks,
Chris

Yes, it is. Now, I am logged in. And my time for credits is over. Can you please help?

Still have the same problem.

Hi @iletisim4 , A fix was recently implemented to resolve this issue. Could you use your existing API key and re-execute the Python program or cURL command?
