Hi,

I am attempting to register for a new NVIDIA NIM/Build account, but I’m stuck at the phone verification step. Both my email and phone number (+86) are being used for the first time.

Issue Details:

  1. During my first attempt, I never received the SMS verification code.

  2. When I tried to resend the code, the system prompted “Too many requests, please try again in 60 seconds,” even though I had only requested it once.

  3. After waiting for 24 hours and trying again today, I am now receiving the error message: “This phone number has exceeded limits, please try a different phone number or try again later.”

I am unable to proceed with my registration. Could you please help me look into this or manually verify my account?

This is an issue for many people and i have not seen ANY direct response except a general blanket post.

Hello ,
I am trying to apply for an NVIDIA API Key, but I keep getting the error: “This phone number has exceeded limits, please try a different phone number or try again later.”
I have tried several different phone numbers from my region (China), but all of them show the same message. It seems like a regional issue or a bug on the verification page.
Could you please help me verify my account manually or provide a solution?

I’m having the same issue in the US with a US based phone number and one I’ve never had problems with any service with. Had a developer account since 2023-24 ish too so it isn’t like my account is brand new either

fkg problem is still exist i seen reply from nvidia year ago. either they are restricting or just have some fun. just to avoid , so simple you just have to say not for you rather that we waste our time in wairting tio fix and retrying. ■■■■ U Nvidia
