This might be a possible solution.

[Re-enable USB stick installation](https://docs.nvidia.com/jetson/agx-thor-devkit/user-guide/latest/twa_display_handoff.html)

1. Turn on the Jetson AGX Thor Developer Kit by pressing the power button
(the middle button in the row).

2. While on the NVIDIA logo screen (when a display is attached) or the pre-boot options screen (in headless mode), hit Esc key repeatedly to enter into the UEFI setup menu.

3. Select Device Manager by hitting ↑ (up) and ↓ (down) keys, and press Enter key.

4. Select NVIDIA Configuration by hitting ↑ (up) and ↓ (down) keys, and press Enter key.

5. Select Boot Configuration by hitting ↑ (up) and ↓ (down) keys, and press Enter key

6. Scroll to the next screen by hitting ↓ (down) key repeatedly and select SOC Display Hand-Off Mode, then press Enter key.

7. Change the mode to Auto by hitting ↓ (down) key and press Enter key. (The original setting should have been Never)

8. Continue to select the next item SOC Display Hand-Off Method and set to efifb by hitting ↓ (down) key and press Enter key.

Please be sure to change both items.
6 & 7 SOC Display Hand-Off Mode
8 SOC Display Hand-Off Method

I’m sorry to tell you that I have already modified the two parameters you mentioned, but the same problem still occurs after resetting.

Is this still an issue to support? Any result can be shared?

Hi 2359942348,

Are you using the devkit or custom board for Thor?
What’s the Jetpack version in use?

The current log from the image you shared looks good to me.
Please share the full log as file here for further check.

Hi, I am experiencing the same issue. Is there any update on this? I have tried flashing both r38.4 and r38.2 but saw no success.

Hi coldbeans,

Are you using the devkit or custom board for Thor?
Could you share the full logs(both flash log and serial console log) for further check?

Hi, thank you for the reply.

I managed to solve the issue on my end by instead flashing with the [SDK manager.](https://docs.nvidia.com/sdk-manager/install-with-sdkm-jetson/index.html)

The thor didn’t get detected automatically, and I had to enter [force recovery mode](https://docs.nvidia.com/jetson/agx-thor-devkit/user-guide/latest/hardware_layout.html) for it to work.

Hopefully this can helps.
