Are the Thor T4000 and T5000 models pin-for-pin compatible with each other?

699 pin Board to Board Connector is same, so they are pin compatible. However, for features supported please refer to the respective Data Sheets when available.

Understood that both models have the same connector. Are the pinouts the same? I ask because I would like to know whether it is necessary to make unique schematic symbols for T4000 and T5000, or if I can use the same symbol for both.
