What would be the proper way to tie physics steps to rendering steps? I have seen that you can set a maximum amount of physics steps between renders, and you can also set the render rate and physics rate. The issue with this is, that if your simulation is capable to run faster than real-time (Which is great and would be the expected behavior) This way of doing it will throttle the simulation and stop it from running faster.
Tying physics steps to rendering steps would mean, that the factor between them is always constant, and scales depending on what the simulation is currently doing, so if there is a lot going on, both go down, if not, it goes up. What is the proper way to achieve this?
