To be or not to be, Audio or OpenCL

Using MX Linux as an OS, after recent updates audio is not enabled on cold boot, opencl is functional.

On reboot, audio is enabled, opencl is not functional.

Geforce 1060 card, driver 595 series.

Have had to go back to Nouveau, sound is ok, no opencl.

Sort of sucks, doesn’t it???

Please run nvidia-bug-report.sh as root in both cases and attach the resulting nvidia-bug-report.log.gz files to your post.
