It wasn’t happened new scenario when I copied and edit .toml files from modulus_scenario_aneurysm as followings instruction,

It was same to clone from modulus_scenario_fpga.
Are there any other settings to create a new MODULUS scenarios?

Yes, you should be able to just clone the aneurysm folder structure / toml. Assuming the Modulus core extension is loaded and the directory of your local extension/scenario is discoverable by the extension manager (you can add local directories in the settings of the extension manager), that should be the key requirements.
