开发板本身已有程序，现在我想重装，请问一下重装的流程是不是跟在新开发板上的安装流程一样？
Not sure what you mean, supposed you can use the previous method to reflash your device.
Did you mean the board comes with OS and apps? Is it a brand new board or used?
Anyway, I think you can reflash the board with a host computer. The procedure will be the same.
