Totem player dosen't play MP4 videos after flashing

Dear nvidia team:
Totem player sometimes dosen’t play MP4 videos after flashing the whole customer board at the first time.If you flash it 5 times, you will probably reproduce 2 times.The picture below is the log screen shot:

Jetpack:5.1.1
Flash command:sudo ./tools/kernel_flash/l4t_initrd_flash.sh --external-device nvme0n1 -c ./tools/kernel_flash/flash_l4t_external.xml -p “-c bootloader/t186ref/cfg/flash_t234_qspi.xml” --network usb0 p3509-a02+p3767-0000 nvme0n1p1

It does not use hardware decoding in running the player. We would suggest run gstreamer command to use hardware decoder. You can refer to gstreamer user guide
