Touchscreen with TX2

Hi,

We’re working on interacting a touchscreen LCD with NVIDIA TX2.
Currently, we are interfacing an DSI to LVDS converter to drive the LCD.

We want to include a touchscreen for our design.

The Jetson_TX1_TX2_Developer_Kit_Carrier_Board_Specification document states that Display Expansion Connector (J23)has an embedded touch controller with signals Touch INT/RST/CLK. I noticed the following pins as well,

SPI0_CLK SPI0_CLK Touchscreen SPI Clock
SPI0_MISO SPI0_MISO Touchscreen SPI MISO
SPI0_MOSI SPI0_MOSI Touchscreen SPI MOSI
SPI0_CS0 SPI0_CS0# Touchscreen SPI Chip Select

Appreciate any guidance to make the touchscreen work with the TX2.

Thanks.

Hi NipunaVega,
We don’t support touchscreen on L4T. Maybe other forum users can share experience of this.

So the pins Touch INT/RST/CLK are used for what exactly?

Please follow the OEM desgin guide for these signals.

Hi Nipuna,

Did you have any luck in getting the touch working on TX2? We are working on a project where we need to integrate a touch screen display panel with TX2. Any help or pointers will be much appreciated.

Thanks
