You want a motherboard that has a PCI-e 2.0 x16 slot with all 16 lanes active.

Yes, I want it. is there a special name or it’s standard?

At the risk of sounding like an old cynic, it comes down to reading the advertised specs very carefully. You need to ensure that when they say ‘x16’ they mean ‘x16 bandwidth’ and not ‘x16 physical.’ The PCIe spec is deliberately designed to allow graceful degradation as required. If you put an x16 card in an x1 slot, it will work (assuming it physically fits), as will an x1 card in an x16 slot. It is not unknown for MB manufacturers to exploit this thoughtful design spec for their marketing ends.
