1), Currently, TAO does not support OCR yet. For LPRnet plaing with deepstream, see GitHub - NVIDIA-AI-IOT/deepstream_lpr_app: Sample app code for LPR deployment on DeepStream
2), Not sure its status since we did not try it.
3) Could you try to run it when feed with some images?
