I am unable to login to my https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/ account and I am unable to reset my password. I waited more than 24 hours and still can’t do either.
My login name is normanshelley@yahoo.com
- Try Incognito Mode: Workday portals frequently get stuck in browser cookie lops. Open an incognito/private window and try the “Forgot Password” link there.
- Check Your Spam Folder: Reset emails from Workday are often aggressively filtered, especially by Yahoo.
- Contact NVIDIA Recruiting Directly: The developer forum community cannot access candidate accounts. Go to the main NVIDIA Careers page and look for a “Contact Us” or “Candidate Support” link at the bottom to have an HR administratr manually reset it for you.

Nothing like “Contact Us” or “Candidate Support” on that page. There is a contact but it’s for products, etc. not HR stuff.
I did see this " If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please contact Human Resources at 408-486-1405 or provide your contact information and we will contact " and selected it and said I have a disability. If they get back to me I’ll have to explain the disability is the password reset.
