Trouble with connected from nvidia server on jetson orin nx

Good day! I have a next computer EAC-6000 Jetson Orin NX with install Jetpack 5.1.1. When i try to launching "sudo apt update”, Nvidia packets generate an next error, i attached the screenshot in this message, my network connection work correctly, problem only with connection on you server when i try to update the package.

Your device’s network interface shows a NO-CARRIER status, which means it is enabled but not detecting a physical connection.

Please ensure your network cable is plugged correctly or your switch/router status.

I checked the physical connection of the cable and the router. There’s no problem with that. I also conducted additional testing of the Internet through a web browser using Cloudfare.

Now i sucessfully connected jetpack with internet, but i have a next problem with doesn’t work utilites jetson clocks and jtop
