Trying to download "nsight-visual-studio-2019_3_0-win64-installer" but get Membership Required

Logged in with my NVidia Developer ID but when I click on the link to download the latest NSight for visual studio" 2019.3 I get a membership required - https://developer.nvidia.com/rdp/assets/nsight-visual-studio-2019_3_0-win64-installer
Anything else on the download page will allow me to download just fine - not sure what I may be doing incorrectly?
