Trying to install Tensorflow on Jetson nano so I can use Rasa

Description

I’m trying to install tensorflow on my jetson nano to use Rasa using the link below however it is getting stuck on "Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement tensorflow (from versions: none). I tried to look elsewhere in the forums but I could not find anyone getting stuck on this step.

Environment

:
Ubuntu: 18.04
Python:3.7.1
Pip: 22.0.4 (for python 3.7)
Trying to install Rasa: 3.0.4
