Ts2phc cannot running

ts2phc tool can not running, error log :

 sudo ts2phc -c eth0 -s /dev/pps0 -m 
[sudo] password for nvidia:

ts2phc[2995.382]: PTP_EXTTS_REQUEST2 failed: Invalid argument
failed to initialize PPS sinks
ts2phc[2995.382]: PTP_EXTTS_REQUEST2 failed: Invalid argument

test on orin board , use sdk is jetpack 5.0.2; linuxptp version is 3.1
