I am using the UARTB via the ttyTHS0. However, after updating to jetpack 6, the /dev/ttyTHS0 does not exist anymore. I am using a Jetson Orin NX 16GB. Does anyone have my same issue?

Are you using the devkit or custom board for Orn NX?
The UART mapping in Jetpack 6 is different from Jetpack 5.
Could you share the full dmesg for further check?

It seems you have the similar issue as Orin Nano Jetpack 6.0 UART1 issue - #5 by KevinFFF, please refer to this thread and let me know if it may help in your case.
For the dmesg, please recording it during boot up.
