TX1 carrier board Automatic restart why?

Reference to the NVIDIA development kit, we made a number of Carrier Board I’m sure TX1 moudle is OK.Automatic restart time is uncertain, and sometimes work will automatically restart after a long time.

Can’t give precise suggestion as no details. Generally in hardware perspective, the auto restart is due to overheat or wrong operation on power on trigger signals. I still have questions Automatic restart is an uncertain time, sometimes a day to restart once and sometimes restart will be very frequent
