So two weeks ago, my TX1 carrier board stoped working, figured out 5V buck converter was not working. So I bought Buck converter IC from TI. Put it on, still not working. Switched MOSFET with 3.3V, 5V has output but not 3.3V. So I went online and search for mosfet (siz918dt-t1-ge3) which I found out clearly not the MOSFET on the board. Not even that, the pad order is different too. That caused me somehow fried my board. I don’t know what’s going on, I don’t think the schematic online is the correct one.
What’s the part number of your carrier board (numbers are like P2597-Bxx on a label)?
