TX1 module availability

I have been waiting for TX1 module since Jan-2016. We have product ready to go on development kit and add-on custom boards. We have designed custom carrier board to consolidate necessary peripherals and add-on features, and tested with TX1 module from development kit. Now after spending time and money, we don’t see any update or reply from NVIDIA.

Could somebody inform us what is going on releasing TX1 module? When will it be available for commercial purchase? Can we resale development kit as commercial product?
