TX1 r24.2 sometimes crash on u-boot

Hi Guys,

Our product used JetPack 2.3.1 (r24.2).
Sometimes we find our device crash on u-boot.(reproduce rate ~1/300)

How do I fixed this?

Not sure what error is happening by this picture. Since uboot source is public, could you trace the code for that part?

Is there a serial console connected (or any use of the UART on J21)? It seems there must be, but I’m curious about this because it is only a screenshot. Also, what is the serial console program? How long is the serial cable? Is it quality twisted pair? Is the cable shielded?
