Tx2-4g R32.3.1 how to set usbcore.autosuspend=-1 in the nvidia environment

Since nvidia does not have uboot, and grub how do I do a usbcore.autosuspend=-1 in the nvidia system.

I have found that /boot/extlinux/extlinux.conf can be changed and additions then show up in cat /proc/cmdline
