TX2 board can't flash system

my pc system is ubuntu18.04, using jetpack to flash system.First usb line to pc,then enter “recorvery mode”, but pc unable to reconginize utart port, and unable to boot.pls help me

Hi chengman2015,

Please put your TX2 device into recovery mode by hardware buttons:

  1. Ensure that the developer kit is powered off.
  2. Press and hold down the Force Recovery button.
  3. Press, then release the Power button.
  4. Release the Recovery button.

Then your TX2 device is into recovery mode now, you can start flash image.
Please don’t forget connect micro-USB cable from host to target.
