Tx2 Decode H264 file in queue mode hang up.

Hi:

I have update JetPack 4.2, and test MMAPI 00_video_decode, different resolution 264 file decode in queue mode.
The cmd is ./video_decode H264 --disable-rendering --input-nalu -queue bird.264 35.264.
It will block in dec->output_plane.dqBuffer().
Please help confirm.

Is it specific to your H264 streams or happens to arbitrary streams?

I’m not sure, I think not specific, please test different resolution video stream.
