TX2 desktop shows up blank

I have flashed jetpack 3.3 in tx2 and have external ssd made as boot drive. after sudo get update my desktop shows up blank.

If you log in via serial console or ssh (or even CTRL-ALT-F3 to console), do you see any files which are not “ok” from:

sha1sum -c /etc/nv_tegra_release
