Tx2 error 4.3sdk manager ubuntu18.04

I’m using the official package and currently rebuilding the TX2.
I am logging into NVIDIA’s SDK Manager, and I’m encountering an error:
NVIDIA SDK Manager TypeError: Cannot read property ‘includes’ of undefined.
I’m running a virtual machine with Ubuntu 18.04, and the SDK Manager version is 4.3.
My NVIDIA account and password are correct, but I keep getting this error.
if possible,please help me!!!
