TX2 NX PCB construction

Hi all,
I’m working on a reliability analysis and need to know the PCB construction of the TX2 NX module, ie standard thru-drills, HDI, ELIC… as well as the layer count.

I see this info in the datasheet for a few other modules, but not for the TX2 NX.

Hi, we don’t share that of module PCB.

Hi Trumany, you do share this information for the Jetson Nano and AGX Xavier in the datasheets. You can’t share this for the TX2 NX as well?

Please share the information you mean. I don’t find that in data sheet.

In the latest AGX Xavier datasheet, page 2, under the Mechanical bullet point “Module Size: 100 mm x 87 mm | PCB: 12L ELIC HDI”

Thanks for the sharing. It is same to nano which is 8L HDI.
