Hi
I designed TX2 NX load card to test the poweron timing of VDD_IN (5V) and POWER_EN, which meets the requirement of more than 400ms. At the same time, SYS_RST is also high level, but UART has no output.
I have tested the capacitance voltage (C103) of TX2 NX and the voltage is 0. I judge that the internal power failure of the core board, when using the official load card, can start normally.
The power supply and VDD_IN of the card I designed are powered on at the same time. Is this phenomenon related to this?
Hi, what is “the power supply”? Is it power of your carrier board? As you can see in DG, the carrier power supplies should be ON later after RESET high. Also you can compare your power part design to “official load card” (P3509 board?).
Hi
The power supply of the onboard board includes SYS_3V3 and SYS_1V8, these two power supplies work at the same time as VDD_IN, may I ask if this phenomenon can be caused? It is a little difficult to change the sequence of power(SYS_3V3 and SYS_1V8).
The carrier board supplies should be later ON than module, otherwise it might cause some issues. You should make sure your power sequence is correct first.
