TX2 PCB material

Hi!

We are currently working on CE-certifying our product, and use your Jetson TX2. The certifying body, NEMKO, wants some info regarding the PCB material used in the Jetson TX2. Information requested:

• Name of PCB material manufacturer
• Name of the PCB material
• The operational temperature rating of the material
• UR certificate

Would you be able to provide us with that information?

I would like to know what is the PCB material of the Jetson TX2i. We will use this information to feed mechanical analysis to evaluate Jetson application on a vibration environment. Thank you.

PCB Material

Hi, A couple of questions related to the material used for the Nano and Xavier NX dev kit PCB manufacturing: What FR-4 material is used to manufacture the Jetson Nano dev kit PCB? The PCB stackup only shows FR-4 and no part number for the material? Is the material used the same as the Xavier NX dev kit? The PCB material listed on the Xavier NX dev kit PCB stackup is EM-370(5).
