If this is originally as a module only (and that would pretty much mean anything not from a “development” kit), then you do need to flash first. Depending on carrier board you may need to add a board support package for that carrier board prior to flashing. If you have flashed and set up for a particular carrier board you might mention that, along with which carrier board you use and the release version of the software you flashed with. If you did all of that, then you might flash again.

If this has been checked, then you will probably want to include a full boot log from the serial console, and not just the error.

Here is the all log. there are no other boot log from serial console.

Looks like the log didn’t make its way in. Make sure it has a “.txt” suffix so the filters allow it (perhaps filters also allow “.rtf”, and sometimes binary in text files for color highlighting cause occasional hiccups…not sure what the forum will do with that).

Forum has no problems. my tx2i can’t boot. As you can see, below is the all log throught the system serial console. TX2i cant’t into recovery mode.

That’s such an early failure I don’t think I can help with it. However, whoever helps is going to want the details of which carrier board you are using, along with which software release was flashed to the module. Each different carrier board requires a different board support package, and modules sold without a carrier board (meaning non-developer kit) have no software flashed when they arrive (and so far as I know there is no developer kit with a TX2i).
