First of all, I am a beginner developer.
For one of my ongoing projects, I am planning to compress a camera’s video output bit rate with Tx2i and set it to 1 Mbit/s. As far as I see Tx2i should be connected to the Elroy carrier for the purpose of getting the constant bit rate output over Ethernet.
The camera’s resolution is 640x480 and its frame rate can be adjusted up to 50 Hz. It needs to be working at 25 Hz for the same resolution and it can be controlled over GigE.
What I would like to ask you is may I encode the and stream h.264 at 1Mbit/s bitrate regardless of quality output? Is this possible in configuration Camera->Tx2i->Elroy Carrier and the Elroy Carrier’s output should be over Ethernet.
