As you know,we use TX1 as a module of our product and we will design our own power-on and reset logic.Then,there is a problem that we don’t know what to do for UART0_TX/UART0_RTS，because we find that these two pins have special function which define the DRAM set to use during the board bootup while we are not sure that which logic is right,for example,is that both of these two pins should be low level when bootup or one high & the other low?
As a conclusion,please help me and inform me the right electrical level these two pins should be when powering on.
