Uboot enviornment partiotion in jetson TX2

i see uboot enviornment partition is defined in TX2.

sequential basic 0x7D8000 32768 0 8 0 **Required.** Reserved for U-Boot environment.

what is the name of these partiotion in emmc…i want to know its partition number but i am not seeing it.

ls -al /dev/disk/by-partlabel

i dont see any partition name of UBENV.

UBENV is in mmcblk0boot1
We can not see partitions in mmcblk0boot0 or mmcblk0boot1. Because the kernel reserve these two boot devices and the filesystem doesn’t know them existed.

We only can see the partitions in mmcblk0p*, because they are exposed to the filesystem.

so if i see this

root@localhost:/home/ubuntu# cat /etc/nv_boot_control.conf
TNSPEC 3489-300-0888-H.0-1-0-jetson-tx2-4GB-mmcblk0p1

TEGRA_OTA_BOOT_DEVICE /dev/mmcblk0boot0
TEGRA_OTA_GPT_DEVICE /dev/mmcblk0boot1

TEGRA_OTA_BOOT_DEVICE and TEGRA_OTA_GPT_DEVICE using this mmcnlk0boot0 and boot1…will this cause an issue?

There is no update from you for a period, assuming this is not an issue any more.
Hence we are closing this topic. If need further support, please open a new one.

I don’t get what you want to ask… you just post a config that is provided by pure jetpack. And you want to ask me will this cause an issue??

Maybe it should be us to ask you what kind of issue do you see?
