Ubuntu 18.04 Freezes on ubuntu logo after intalling Driver 390

I have a remote Desktop and i had to reinstall the graphics driver 390. But after the installation, the GUI freezes on ubuntu logo. I have attached the bug report file.

Please help me as i am a noob when it comes to debugging such stuff.

nvidia-smi works fine

sudo prime-select nvidia says nvidia is set already.
