Ubuntu 18.04 Not using Installed 430 drivers for RTX 2080 GPU

Hello,

I have a Gigabyte Aero 15 Y9 laptop with a GeForce RTX 2080 GPU. I am just installed Ubuntu 18.04 and am trying to use the RTX 2080 GPU instead of the default Intel UHD Graphics 630. To install the NVIDIA 430 drivers, I navigated to Software & Updates > Additional Drivers > Using NVIDIA driver metapackage from nvidia-driver-430 (proprietary, tested).

After installation, I rebooted and ran nvidia-smi with a successful output showing Driver Version: 430.26. It doesn’t seem to be using my NVIDIA graphics card though. Any ideas why?
