Ubuntu crashing often - Need want to debug

Hi Team
i had installed ubuntu 18.04 in nano and have jetpack 4.4.
The issue is ubuntu crashes often, we had narrowed down the problem is not with battery or the camera connected to nano or due to memory isuses. we use veno and ssh to connect to nano. Nano crashes even when our program is not running. Please suggest ways we can use to log details/exceptions before a OS crash inside Nano.

Please enable serial console log and see if anything is showing before crashing.
