Today I wanted to put my computer somewhere else. After I shut it down, I couldn’t turn it on. When I turned it on, the picture below was displayed.I searched the problem on Google and found that it might be a graphics card driver issue, but I reinstalled the graphics card driver and still couldn’t solve the problem.
