Ubuntu operating system boot failure.

The system based on Nvdia jetson tx2 does not open at all! It does not start from the SD card. I can’t intervene outside. Is there a way to rebuild it? This card is inserted in the driverless vehicle.

When I try to open the system, I get the following error while installing the operating system.
It always says “Reserved SVD code 0”.
I can’t find out what the solution is.

Not sure what you are talking about. Please share more detail about your case.

It does not start from the SD card
In general, TX2 boots from emmc. Booting from sdcard is supported but not the most generic way.
TX2 is not like jetson nano that you could just use one image on sdcard to boot up.

When I try to open the system, I get the following error while installing the operating system. It always says “Reserved SVD code 0”.

I don’t know what do you mean “open the system” and again “install the system”. In general, we install the system and then power on the device. Also, where did you get this log “Reserved SVD code 0”. Is it from UART?
Did you know or read any jetson setup document before you turn on your TX2?
