Unable to Access System After Logging Into Jetson AGX Orin

Hello,
I am having an issue with my Jetson AGX Orin.

After entering the user credentials, the screen freezes and I am unable to access the system.

The screen looks like it’s stuck after login.

I would like to know the cause and the solution.

using SDK: jetpack 5.1.2

By the way, does AGX Orin not support tty mode?

Was the device working fine before?
Or it’s the first time you are trying to log in after flashing?
