Unable to compile NVidia Driver version "NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-470.86" on Redhat MRG kernel version "kernel-rt-4.18.0-348.2.1.rt7.132.el8_5.x86_64"

NVidia installer log message indicating issue,
FATAL: modpost: GPL-incompatible module nvidia.ko uses GPL-only symbol ‘__rt_mutex_init’

My understanding is that the Realtime kernel developers assigned a different copyright license to the “‘__rt_mutex_init’” function (i.e. usage allowed for GPL software only). Not sure why they changed it but I searched the Redhat 8 and NVidia knowledgebase hoping to find a nice variable to set similar to the “IGNORE_PREEMPT_RT_PRESENCE” I use to install the driver on the realtime kernel up to this point but could not find any. Note the install worked fine on RHEL8 with last MRG kernel version “kernel-rt-4.18.0-305.19.1.rt7.91.el8_4.x86_64”

Attached NVidia installer log for reference.
