Unable to Complete DLI Course Due to Usage Limit

Dear NVIDIA DLI Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am currently enrolled in an NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute interactive course and managed to reach 88% completion. However, during the final evaluation, I received a notification that I had exhausted the allocated lab time. As a result, I was unable to finish the course and obtain the certificate.

I have already attempted to reach support but have not yet received a resolution. I kindly request your assistance in extending my lab time or providing a way to re-access the final evaluation so that I can complete the course

I have granted you eight more hours. In the future, you can avoid burning the usage limit by pressing the “Stop” button when you’ve finished with a module. If you need to save your progress, you can download the necessary files from the lab.
