Unable to Connect Hosted Nucleus Server in Audio2Face

i am facing issue during connecting nucleus in audio2face

I have successfully hosted a Nucleus server with SSL on an IONOS server, using a proper NGINX setup. I am able to access the Omniverse Nucleus dashboard via a browser and log in with admin credentials. Additionally, the hosted Nucleus server connects without issues through the local Omniverse launcher.

However, when attempting to connect the Nucleus server in Audio2Face, I encounter an issue where the connection doesn’t redirect to the authentication page. I have already tried connecting the server in the Nucleus tab first, then in Audio2Face, but the problem persists.

I have attached the log file as well as the NGINX access and error logs from the time of the connection attempt to Audio2Face.

Note: I am able to connect to the hosted Nucleus server through the launcher by navigating to the Nucleus tab and connecting from there.

let me know if you want any thing from my side

We would need to see the verbose logs from audio2face to help determine what’s going on.
