Unable to create API Keys - Missing "Public API Endpoints" permission in Personal Org

Hello NVIDIA Support Team,

I am writing to request the manual verification of my account and to have the “Public API Endpoints” permission enabled for my personal organization.

The Issue:
When I attempt to generate an API key on build.nvidia.com, I see the error: “You do not have permissions to create API Keys in this Organization. Switch Orgs or contact your admin.”

Additionally, I was unable to complete the phone verification step properly. My country’s code (Iran +98) is either missing from the dropdown menu or the selection resets immediately, which seems to have left my account in an unverified state without the necessary API permissions.

My Account Information:

  • Registered Email: eisa.rasti1383@gmail.com
  • Organization: Personal
  • Purpose: Personal learning, testing, and development (non-commercial)

My Request:
Could you please manually verify my account and enable the “Public API Endpoints” permission for my personal organization so I can generate API keys?
