Unable to Download vGPU Evaluation Software -- ‘Your account is currently under review. You do not have access to software downloads error (1004)'

Hi Everyone,

I am attempting to obtain vGPU evaluation software to test using a Telsa P4 with single VM using passthrough with Hyper-V on WS2022. I registered for the 90-Day evaluation over the weekend, signed up for the NVIDIA licensing website per their instructions, received a PDF entitlement & see the entitlements listed @ https://ui.licensing.nvidia.com/.

When I go to the software downloads section I get a message stating ‘Your account is currently under review. You do not have access to software downloads at this time. Please check again in 24 hours and contact NVIDIA Customer Support if you still see this error (1004).’

Its been over 24 hours so I tried doing exactly what is says and opened ticket #00922747 & another one ticket #00922829 with Enterprise support this morning. Both were immediately closed saying

How do I download the evaluation vGPU drivers?

Hi,

we have the same problem. I have waited 24 hours and opened a support ticket (#00971433) which got closed immediately.

Did you ever manage to get to the downloads?

I have the same issue. They closed my ticket with zero resolution.

I’m not sure how hunting forums to find others have the same issue solves the problem. Nor clear on how this is going to make me want to pay for a subscription.

Yeah i do agree.
I pretty much just called the support number after 2 weeks of the forum being not helpful and got a really helpful guy on the line who opened up a new ticket. After that it took less than a day to get the issue resolved.

This is nothing Support can help with. vGPU Evals are approved from Sales/Pre-Sales. And only extensions are under review which means you already had a 90day trial in the past!
